JIA was created for the design-conscious traveler seeking high standards of personal attention without formality or intrusion. They are quietly theatrical, eclectic, warm spaces infused with a sense of fun – each with their own personality and style but always providing an experience which is uniquely JIA. The philosophy behind its restaurants is about culinary excellence in a unique and comfortable environment – taking the roots of traditional cuisines and delivering a modern interpretation through innovation and style, using only the freshest ingredients. The interiors of the JIA restaurants are contemporary chic, yet always intimate and the management style is young, informal and always sensitive to the needs of its customers.
